I had a wonderful stay at the Headlands Inn this past weekend. I stayed in the Switzer room which had great views of the town and some ocean views. The room was cozy and spotless. Diane, the inn host, was so warm and attentive and had great suggestions for eateries and locales to visit in and near Mendocino (I'd highly recommend Cafe Beaujolais and GoodLife Cafe for great food and the botanic gardens for a n easy nature hike). The B&B is in a charming historic home close to everything-in easy walking distance to the headlands, restaurants and shops. The room was beautiful and well appointed with a great view of the water. The breakfasts were delicious. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
This was an amazing place! We stayed in the Hideaway cottage and it was adorable and cozy. There is a great view from the little porch and a quick walk to get anywhere in Mendocino. Breakfast was delivered to our door, was delicious and everyone was so friendly.
