Our work vehicle had a cracked radiator at 11am… RACQ had it towed in by 12:30pm… and by 3pm we got the call it was ready to go. Back on the road and working the very next day 👏 That kind of turnaround is gold when your vehicle is your livelihood. These guys clearly understand how important service vehicles are and went above and beyond to get us sorted fast. Super grateful for the efficiency, communication and quality service. Disappointing experience with Headland Auto. I took my car in for suspension and related work that was quoted at $2,600. When I collected the vehicle the following day, the total had increased to $3,200. At no point was I asked to approve a higher price. When I drove the car away I noticed the dashboard clock had lost the time. Within 24 hours the car was struggling to start and the battery was flat.
