absolutely awful. i had my eyelashes done here. the girl didnt do what i asked for, left one eyelash incomplete, and when i messaged her asking her to fix it or give me a refund, SHE BLOCKED ME. i would strongly recommend you dont give this place your time let alone your money. its absolutely awful and money hungry. doesnt care about its clients. just money money money. no patch test was completed either so clearly dont care about health and safety either. horrible place.
Fantastic colour match! Down to earth salon, Leanne was lovely and tried her best to make me feel welcome as I was on edge for the first 20 minutes due to social anxiety and meeting new people! She is honestly a lovely lovely woman! however There is a few bleed dye marks at the top and underneath my hair which isn’t a huge issue but I’m going to have to wear a side part untill I manage to get this corrected! I will probably try another salon around Preston as I always love to try new places and meeting new people when I feel... read more
