Heading Health has changed my life and perspective. The staff is amazing and so kind.

I have yet to hv experience as ive never been called back thusfar!
My appointment was canceled after I arrived (i.e., ubered and took a day off work) bc they sent my script to another site. They had me come back the next day (i.e., another uber and more missed work), just to do the same. They then canceled my next two appointments. I just discontinued care.
Tried to book an appointment with them twice now booking staff was slightly unprofessional and both times the doctor never showed up for the consultation, seems highly disorganized and shady, not what I would want from a Healthcare provider..I'd steer clear of this place.
