Charles was super helpful and selected multiple pairs of iem’s to see which were the best fit. He genuinely cares to find the right pair that fits rather than pushing a sale. Easy going experience, will gladly come back.

Would you buy a car without a test drive.. would you buy eyeglasses without fitting them on.. I came with a million YouTube reviews in my brain. And nothing I tried gave me the soundstage of over the ear headphones.. Charles took his time. He let me take breaks and try other stuff. The guy there was nice and pretty chill that he allowed me to try 4 headphones that I asked for. Now I know which brand/model I want. Updated: still 5 starts, tried different headphones again then bought LCDX. Everything is great and owner is humble. Thank you!
