Was charged for minimal work (was meant to be an inquiry to become an estimate). Verbal estimate was vastly different than the written quote (understandable that there would be variation, but not by the amounts given). On the estimate, there wasn't a breakdown of cost vs competitors estimates (seemed arbitrary as if guessing).
