The business owner Jherard was a godsend after a storm messed up my parents' roof. He came out immediately to do an initial inspection and, after seeing the damage and knowing there were more weather issues on the way, arranged to repair the roof as quickly as the weather conditions and dumpster availability (also affected by the weather) would allow. They’re running a disorganized, money-draining business. I signed a contract for a roof repair in July, and the work was scheduled for August 16th. However, their technician didn’t show up and tried to reschedule. When I called back, no one answered. Dan is unreachable by both cell phone and the office, and no one else is available. Terrible customer service and business management.
Headed Home Roofing is the BEST Company I have ever worked with and I highly recommend them!!! BJ was AWESOME...I was extremely happy and impressed with BJ and his entire team from start to finish! AMAZING!!! From calling in to getting an estimate to completion. I'm so happy I chose Headed Home Roofing!!! They are prompt and affordable! The workers were so nice and respectful of the property and made sure to clean the whole area before they left! They finished my roof in one day which was faster then I expected!
