As a customer located in Texas, I contacted this company seeking a DAC and amplifier for my PC. Their business was identified through an online search, and I decided to explore their offerings. HeadAmp Audio is an awesome retailer for higher end audio equipment with extremely fair pricing. Prior to my recent purchase Tim was so helpful, polite, and patient with my inquiries. Customer service is a strong suit! They shipped my earbuds quickly and securely. I was very pleased with the entire transaction.
I stopped in unannounced one day and they were happy to drop what they were doing and set me up with some options to try out. They have many more products than Crutchfield, and infinitely more expertise. Truly a professional experience with an honest and excellently priced shop!
Wanted to try a couple of different headphones before purchasing, and the HeadAmp staff were great! Set up an appointment and got to do a side by side comparison of several different hard to come by brands which was extremely informative. Got a great price on the headphones I selected, as well. Highly recommend HeadAmp to anyone considering a headphone purchase.
Spent last rear buying and selling headphone amps, servers and phones. Had an issue with one of the amps I purchased which was dead on arrival. In reaching out to manufacturer was basically told to send for repair instead of offering a replacement on a DOA tube amp. Justin stepped in and saved the day. Agreed to take back amp and even helped me out acquiring a Feliks Envy knowing he may have to repair other brand on his own since manufacturer would not honor their products.
