I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Anna Castro’s office over three weeks in advance. I drove 25 miles and took 8 hours of PTO for the visit. One hour before my appointment, I received a call saying my insurance had been canceled and they could not see me. The office explained they had just found out about the insurance issue.
