Really frustrating experience with billing. They had an expired insurance on file and charged me the full balance two years later. I’ve spent the last year contacting the office to have them bill the updated insurance and for whatever reason they won’t resubmit the bill to the updated insurance policy? It sucks bc the bill is pretty high and I’ve spent so much time emailing them, messaging them, and calling them. At this point it’s clear they don’t care. Won’t ever go back :/

I'm a Marine veteran with a long history of headaches/migraines and have sought relief from many PCP and/or neurologists but none can compare to Dr. Anna Castro, whom I met yesterday. She was caring, compassionate, investigative, systematic and thorough in her approach. It appeared as though she wanted to destroy the headache in the first round, which I love!
