So I haven’t actually been seen by this doctor, but dealing with the staff that answers the phone is horrible. This practice was highly recommended by my ENT doctor, but when I called to make an appointment they said I needed a referral. Mind you their website says no referral needed and my insurance does not require a referral. I asked my ENT doctor to send the referral anyway, which they did twice and I was told that what was sent was not acceptable or a true referral. Horrible way to treat new patients.
