So I haven’t actually been seen by this doctor, but dealing with the staff that answers the phone is horrible. This practice was highly recommended by my ENT doctor, but when I called to make an appointment they said I needed a referral. Mind you their website says no referral needed and my insurance does not require a referral. I asked my ENT doctor to send the referral anyway, which they did twice and I was told that what was sent was not acceptable or a true referral. Horrible way to treat new patients. After my previous provide left the large office I was going to, I decided to check out the Headache Care Center and what an amazing place! Decided to go here after hearing a great review of the place. Had my first appointment in May and was given a sample of an injectable medication (that needs to be taken every month) as well as given a prescription for it that needed a prior authorization. After waiting 2 weeks for the prior auth to be done, I followed up with at least two messages via their patient portal that they have you sign up for, I received no response to either message.
