I attended a workshop last weekend hosted by Nadeena and had a great experience, I received a lot of helpful feedback on some manual therapy techniques and education on how to refine and be more precise with my clinical reasoning. Nadeena is a very passionate, knowledgeable and professional physio who does an amazing job as an educator. I am looking forward to attending more in the future.
I had one session with Josh, and that guy was amazing. I initially showed thinking of having a specific issue, but he perfectly discovered a different issue as the root cause instead of just adrressing my specific symptomp. Ive had the pain for so many years and have been doing independent resesarch, treatment, and exercise on my own only to get slight relieve, not complete recovery. Catherine helped me resolve a slipped disc AND tennis elbow and gave me loads of skills and exercises to prevent further injury. She's really down to earth, a great listener and works miracles!
