Hate to see Jarret had such a bad experience. Personally I've purchased several helmets from this crew and they know what they're doing. I did have a snag with one of the helmets coming in D ring vs snap but they were quick to correct. Their work is exceptional and you'll be hard pressed to find a more comfortable helmet on the market w/out shelling out 3x what they cost. You trim the liner and you are good to go. Recommend to anyone.
Ordered helmet beginning of December, paid for it via PayPal and was told it’d be ready in two weeks. After three weeks we reached out to check on it but never got a response. It’s end of January and we still haven’t heard from them. I do not recommend doing any business with them
Great product and great customer service! On my second helmet and still using them both for more than 10 years.
