We had an amazing couples massage and couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. Went in for a head spa treatment. Pro : they stated they could serve me same day. Discussed my hour long head spa and into the room we went. The place itself wasn’t full maybe another client getting a massage. I asked what products were being used and she couldn’t tell me she eventually showed me one bottle of garnier green bottle. Went there hoping she was going to fount the knot and I left with the same problem.
The greed at this business is unbelievable. From the moment I arrived, the man at the front desk pressured me not to use Groupon and insisted I pay directly in person instead — which I unfortunately agreed to. By doing this, the business avoids paying Groupon their commission and keeps significantly more money, money that could have been used to pay the employees fairly instead of pressuring customers for a larger tip.
