Wait time for eyebrows was over 30mins as if my time wasn’t valuable
Went Thursday after work, and some chick was really rude it was almost closing time and i wanted a manicure and pedicure. This chick told me I had a choice. No boo I can go spend my money somewhere else. Ms. Lee got someone to do it for me. For what they charge, the should of gave me a discount. My mom and. I will not be returning!!! Customer service is everything. I would not recommend. I love Joe, Andrew and his wife... ignorance gets you no where.
A week ago, I visited this establishment and asked for a regular polish. The nail tech informed me she was putting regular polish but she actually put gel polish on my nails. She damaged my nails.
