I joined yelp just to write review. I came in and talked to owner and he was very nice. Then when I brought my dog in he was taken by this girl that didn't seem to care whether he was ok or not. Then when I came to pick him up she nicked him in various places and his hair was uneven. If you want to keep your business get rid of her. While my dog was being groomed today by Head to Tails, they cut her ear, and in return, gave me a $4 discount on the grooming. Although this has never happened in the 7 years she has been groomed by other groomers, I understand that dogs move sometimes and that this might happen. However, I am very unhappy with the way they handled the situation.
