I popped in to grab food for my sister's dog, and the staff was so unbelievably nice! I had been a 15 plus year customer of East Ridge Animal Hospital and just recently switch my puppy to Head to Tail and I havent had a chance to book my pup in because she isnt due for anything till 2026... but I am so happy I switched veterinarians what a complete world of difference, in customer service and just people being nice!
Always ready to help. Very friendly staff!
