Came in without an appointment as a walk-in after my GP recommended I got a moon boot for a possible toe bone bruise. Highly recommend these guys for helping me find a high quality product and customer service.
Visit to Head to Foot Orthotics to get a cam walker for my 8yo and had a very happy experience. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great advice and answered all of our questions. Tim even kindly listened to my daughter tell him all about her new rabbit.
I had a fall and got a fracture in my wrist . My doctor treated me with a fibreglass fracture that should be kept for at least 3 weeks. After a week I could not tolerate it as I had numb fingers. Tim advised me that a short forearm brace will also serve the purpose and it could be removed daily for a shower and then be put back in . Even I could go to the beach with it and can be washed and dried afterwards. I'm going to ask Medibank to reimburse me, but even regardless it's worth every penny. I go there once every 6 months to get a build on my left shoe and the staff are kind to me and the service is amazing because they deliver it to me to save me coming back.
