The whole experience was 10/10. From consultation to getting the actual service completed! It was the easiest and most fun I've had getting my hair done on a long time. Kiki really did wonders to my hair. Between walking me through the entire process to the interactions in between was such a unbelievably pleasant experience. The shop is fun and welcome.
