AMAZING! I've been struggling with dandruff for years after a couple of treatments, they've helped me get it under control for the first time in my life.
I would not spend the money on this head massage. 1. she put a face mask on my face without washing it before. 2. She only washed and touched the top portion of my head and only rinsed the back of my head twice. 3. This is a shared room and so it is not relaxing when people come in and have to have their hair washed next to you. I received the ultimate head spa service that was $186.00. Kayla did my treatment and did a very nice job. She was very friendly and talked to me about everything she was going to do and what would be best for my scalp. However, I will not be returning due to the price not matching to the service. I don't think $186.00 is a fair price for a service like this, especially when about 10-15 minutes of the service was the treatment pod massaging without any contact from the person doing the service. We were super excited about this head spa experience, however some plans changed and we had to cancel (4 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees). From the beginning, making this appointment was very irritating, on the website it says to call if you have two or more people in your party for simultaneous appointments, so I called. I must have woken up the receptionist because it took her a few minutes to articulate any response.
