My best friend and I went to get a head spa done a month ago and we absolutely loved it. When you walk in, the hospitality of the staff is beyond great. They exchange your shoes with slippers and offer you drink and snacks. Then you’re guided by your respective staff who helps you with your belongings. I forgot the name of the lady who helped me, I believe she was either Mia or Naiomi. However, she was wonderful at giving my head massage. They were very careful with our head and our hair. I’ve been going to Imperial Retreat a few times now, and every visit gets better. My recent head spa experience was absolutely incredible — pure relaxation from head to toe. It’s amazing to have a place this calming and high-quality just 5 minutes from home! I normally go with my bestie, which is always a fun little self-care outing together, but I’ve also really enjoyed those last-minute solo bookings to treat myself. The space was luxurious, clean, and cozy and the staff were so kind and attentive. The massage therapist focused on my tight shoulders, neck, and spine (hello, mom life + long work hours!) and it was pure heaven. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and so much happier. After my massage, I relaxed in their tea lounge with a warm cup of tea and some chocolate. Such a simple moment, yet it made life feel extra beautiful. ☕🍫 Next time, I’m trying their head massage because I saw the beds were fully booked. Must be amazing!
I had an amazing experience at Imperial Retreat! I went in for a head spa and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. The ambiance was beautiful—so calming and peaceful, it really helped me unwind. The service was excellent, and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a soothing escape!
I originally found Imperial Retreat when looking for the viral head spa massage BUT now I have been 3 times (took my husband and best friend) and plan to book another. It’s truly a retreat. From the minute you get there and they hand you slippers, to the delicious wholesome tea. They have attention to detail. I am especially partial to the lymphatic drainage with Tanya - she has healing powers BUT all the ladies are truly healers and the customer service is brilliant. Highly recommend this.
