I had my first visit today for a head massage, and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and very welcoming. Today was my fourth visit, since August, to Imperial Retreat Head Spa, and somehow they keep finding new ways to make the experience feel magical. I called yesterday hoping to book an appointment for this morning because I was in need of a blackhead extraction, especially around my nose, which had been bothering me. The team was able to fit me in for a 10:00 a.m. appointment, and I am so grateful they did. My best friend and I went to get a head spa done a month ago and we absolutely loved it. When you walk in, the hospitality of the staff is beyond great. They exchange your shoes with slippers and offer you drink and snacks. Then you’re guided by your respective staff who helps you with your belongings. To say that I loved my experience would be an understatement. I received the head spa, facial, and reflexology by Mia, and she did such an amazing job. She went above and beyond in terms of providing a luxurious experience, and her massage was one of the best ones I've ever received. Everyone working there is super friendly. My only wish is that I could take this spa back to my home city with me! I will definitely be visiting Imperial Retreat every single time I'm back in Toronto!
