Deb was lovely and welcoming, she really looked after of me. She explained how I can take care for my hair to meet my needs with the Kérastase products at home. Highly recommended
Oh dear. Picture this. After 10 min of waiting for my child's appt I ask to confirm the booking (in case I've stuffed up). Nope, I have it right. I ask the only staff member (owner) in the salon why I saw our hairdresser walking in the opposite direction when we arrived to which she replied coldly "he is going to the bank." She may as well have said DUH. No explanation offered. After a few more minutes we leave quietly, only to see the hairdresser having a smoke around the corner. ALL CLASS. Shame, we liked his haircuts.
Been going to this Salon for so many years getting cut and colour jobs done and have never walked out unhappy.
