Fair priced I went to Head Rush, and I received a really great perm and cut. My stylist was fun and knowledgeable about what's hip. I liked the styles that she would give me, but my only complaint would be that sometimes my cuts would grow out strangely. Overall, though, I recommend the place. You won't get a better deal elsewhere.
