Honestly, if I could give my experience at this salon 0 stars, I would. I have only had appointments with Heather, so I cannot speak of the other staff. However, DO NOT go to Heather for any hair coloring. I asked for a baylayge and showed her a picture of what I wanted, and down below is what I got. It is streaky, and not what I asked for at all.
