updating to a one-star review thanks to Jennifer Schmitt at the front desk. Jennifer, you shouldn’t be interacting with the public, much less giving anyone advice. Attorney Erin Sullivan has been signing her name to incorrect legal advice for at least 10 months now. The deadline to file a homestead exemption this year is 3/1/2025, which is a Saturday. Someone at this firm thought to change this to 2/28/2025, a Friday. Except they made a typo and wrote 2/25/2025. On everyone’s closing documents since at least April 2024. When... read more
