Wow my review from 5years ago needs an update. We didnt purchase with them 5years ago but not for anything they did wrong just found an existing home at a great deal. Fast fwd present day we ARE purchasing a home from them to put on 5 acres. We just bought so far so good. We are in the early stages, but I’m very hopeful for a positive experience with Don at head mobile home sales. And Cami I believe is who we have been dealing with that Jacobson homes they’ve been very helpful as well I will update when finished
My wife and I went shopping for a new home to replace the one destroyed by Ian. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We're now in the home and love it, as do many of our friends in our park. We also received remarks from several of our park neighbors that the home went from start to finish faster than so many others in the park, with few delays and a steady parade of workers making notable progress toward completion. I like this place which hosts some regular groups that come in the morning and stay for quite awhile without any interference from the establishment.
Spoke with John, and even though we ended up not going with his company he made sure to follow up with us and keep us well informed.
We chose Head Mobile for our home because they'd been in business in their own small hometown for decades and we couldn't find one local person to say anything negative about them. Dealing directly with Stephanie and John, we ordered a house from them and from the first day through receiving our C.O., our project went exactly as they said it would.
