I have had Kim as my insurance agent for as long as I can remember having insurance…she has always looked out for my best interest and continues to treat me as a friend. She’s trustworthy and just a good person.

Terrible customer service!! Waited over 2 weeks and never received quote. Called 2 times for status update. First time no return call second time call returned and told “we will have quote for you tomorrow “ I never received quote. I have excellent credit and newer cars . I can not understand what the issue was or how they stay in business if this is their business practice. BEWARE
The service was very professional and courteous. I would recommend go there. And the rates are very reasonable
