I went there for years. I used to have my prom hairstyles and cuts when I was a teenager. I'm 30 now. It says that they accept walk-ins but that depends on what time it is. I had been in the hospital for 3 weeks prior, So there was a large mat in the back of my hair from being in the hospital not having conditioner and only a tiny comb to try to brush my long hair with that was mid-back or longer. First let me say I wear glasses and you have to take them off for a hair cut so I could not see what was done. My hair was halfway down my back and I asked to have an inch taken off and my long layers trimmed. Instead they cut it up above my shoulders and layers about an inch long all over. It is so short I cannot even wear it up in a clip. If you want a hairdresser that does what you ask do not go near this place. I look horrible and have cried every since I left. I will never go back!!
