Walter is hands down the best person to work on your car and gives you all the relief and reassurance you need. We blew a head gasket on our reliable daily car and everyone in san diego had high quotes and long time frames until I spoke to Walter. Strangest thing ever. I made an appointment to have my head gasket fixed, I drove to his location but turns out the address posted is a Carl's Jr. I called again, several times, letting him know that I was in Perris but couldn't locate his business. He never responded. I called numerous times again over the next couple of days trying to get ahold of him. I left several messages, thinking I could still get the job done. On my third day trying to get through he blocked my number, this dude literally disappeared. Very strange.
