very nice and helpful some unique gift items
I have been going to Head East for 30 years. Yes there have been some bad employees, but they have not lasted long.I have had excellent service there. Prices are fair. Sometimes it takes looking in all cases to find the great deals, but they are always there. The employees are nice people and overall it is a great shopping experience.
Wow- what made me think I could walk into Head East with $30 and leave with a cool ceramic pipe? Their prices are outrageous! We're talking glass and ceramics here- not gold & silver. Everything has a price tag of $38 or $42 or $48. Its ridiculous. I know what these items cost and Head East is clearing marking up the prices 100%. I'm totally shocked by all the good reviews. Head East is just plain AWSOME- best head-shop around, in my opinion! & I've lived in Portland/Gresham a LONG time! They have SO much cool stuff, on top of being a tobacco shop & a one-stop smoke accessory/paraphernalia shop, one could even come here needing a truly unique "gift-shop" even- beautiful things everywhere! This shop has the largest selection of smoking utencils anywhere in Portland. The building is huge compared to other shops like this, which allows for such a huge variety. Their prices are more than competitive, many are the lowest for comparable items. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Their selection of hookahs and shesha, pipes and accessories is second to none! A must visit for all your smoking needs...
