My expereince over the years when visiting ENT/Dr. Vaezeafshar has always been professional, proficient; with excellent patient-related services at intake and departure (scheduling follow-up visits).
Dr. Lewis is an excellent physician. He is warm, listens well, and I could see that he very carefully weighed the information I gave him about the history of my symptoms and made the most thoughtful assessment possible under the circumstances. He also went out of his way to arrange for me to have an audiogram much sooner than it could have been scheduled had I tried on my own. This involved his asking his team to make an accommodation. Dr. William Lewis is an outstanding professional, truly one of a kind. He immediately put me very naturally at ease. In a caring manner he explained everything carefully and was not rushed.
