Nestor is the best deep tissue massage therapist I tried in Cochrane so far! Highly recommended.
I’ve been struggling for a while with various aspects of my body, working with chiro, physio, massage, personal trainers, and battling some degenerative aspects, Jacob in one session gave me homework to start making a difference…it’s very difficult because of 46 years of built in habits, but worth it.
He did a fantastic job relieving pressure in my legs and upper back, I felt relief when he was done, definitely recommend
Nester is very experienced and knowledgeable. He’s able to provide muscle relief other massage therapists have been unable to resolve for me.
