Highly recommended! Staff and Admin team at Head to Toe are extremely welcoming and supportive, showing warmth and catering to all my sons needs. Facilities and rooms and very well equiped resulting in my son wanting to stay longer and not leaving. Head to toe provide many therapies and programs under one roof, taking the stress out of travelling. We are so grateful to be apart of the Head to toe family and highly recommend this centre.

I like the therapists. They are all professional and helpful. I don’t like how the business is run though. It’s a real cash grab. Self managed Ndis and being charged an admin fee as they were being audited? How is that fair. The information they sent me to review was all incorrect which I told them (“oh well it doesn’t matter”) I couldn’t sign it off anyway as the info wasn’t correct so I’m not sure how that helped with their audit. We’ve only just started at Head 2 Toe for psychology and OT for our 4 year old and are just amazed by this place - the “gyms” used for therapy are so fabulous that my 4 year old asks regularly when he is going back and it’s hard to get him to leave! The premises are impeccable (modern, clean, colourful but not over-stimulating) and the staff we have dealt with so far are all outstanding.
