Stop taking patients 35 mins before ? First time I hear that in aurgent care that is supposed to cate for patients.
I called at 5:53pm to see if its better to make an appointment or walk in. They said I can walk in with no issues. They take anyone before 6:30pm. I get my son in the car and drive straight there. Takes me 10 minutes and the didn't take us. Excuse was they have telehealth appointments they need to complete. No type of empathy, nothing. I wouldn't normally complete bad reviews because people and companies aren't perfect. But they just didnt care at all. Es un servicio pésimo dice que tiene horario de hasta la 7:00 pm y es mentira ayer llevé a mi hija 6;45 pm y me dijeron que no podían atenderla, y mi hija estaba llorando porque le dolía la garganta y ahí estaba la doctora y la persona que está haciendo las citas dijo que no podían atenderla porque ya habían visto todas los pacientes y me preguntó porque estaba abierto?? Para llenar un requisito que tienen ese horario y no les importa los enfermos !!!!! Que ética profesional tienen??????
Called to verify that they take my insurance they said yes… I get here and all of a sudden they don’t . Waste of a trim .
Doctor Maggie is the best!!!! She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable to talk to her .
