Today I went to this massage shop for a massage. Listening to the conversations between other customers and the masseuses, it was noisy and I couldn't relax at all. Apparently, a customer wanted to relieve hamstring pain and needed a 30-minute massage. One of the male masseuses, probably due to English communication issues, kept insisting on a 40-minute session. I walked into this place for a quick head massage, I was asked to be seated. Another person behind me walked in and they told him 15mins wait. After sometime, they told me to wait 30mins after I have already waited for 10mins. Obviously the person after me went in first. I walked out. This place is pathetic.
My colleagues, friends, and I have been to this shop many times. The female staff's techniques were generally good, but there are some difficulties communicating in English. Apart from two young girls, they often cannot understand our requirements well, only knowing "oil massage" "1hour" "wholebody" and repeatedly asking for more time.
