Really disappointed with this place as been going here for years but yesterday really annoyed me. Went in and was told 15 minute wait which was totally fine. BUT then an appointment showed up an hour late and the lady who was suppose to massage me wrote on her phone and showed her appointment, who then told me that she is going first as the lady wants to massage her. Jack gives an awesome massage. Recently I had a 'head and shoulders' massage from Jack. It was so good that I had a longer lying down back massage a few days later. Truly - it was glorious! He is a very gifted masseur and I thoroughly recommend him.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this massage shop. The staff member named Sarah abruptly told me to turn off the heater to suit her customer’s preference, without any concern for my comfort. It was a cold winter day, and I was assigned the bed near the entrance with cold air blowing directly on me during the massage. They are all amazing at what they do and very kind. Can’t wait to come in again.
Been going here for a long time with my family and we are very happy every time. They are efficient, organised and attentive to our needs (the right area to focus on with the right level of pressure). They sometimes even go above and beyond which is always nice. Definitely recommend.
