Love the sauna, and cold plunge!
Visited this morning for a Sunrise Soak. A beautiful morning and amazing way to start the day. It was a Xmas present to us so thrilled to be using it today. So relaxing and a mocktail to start and apple juice towards the end helped keep hydration up and lovely background music. With a coffee provided after the swim next door at 'Saturday Cafe' it was something we can thoroughly recommend.
Best experience at He Puna Taimoana. Great for our kids and adults being able to have some time aswell.
Fabulous setting. Small café attached. Different pools with varying heat. Sauna, steam room and ice plunge available. Good attentive staff.
