I'd never even heard of this company until I had a certified letter delivered to my house that I had to sign for. The letter was from Giffin Equipment Inc saying they were going to PUT A LIEN ON MY PROPERTY if they did not get paid for an equipment rental that I DID NOT RENT !! SERIOUSLY !! They need to go after the contractor that rented the equipment, NOT ME !!
I trust these people. They are fair, honest, and easy to deal with. Customer service means something to them and they appreciate their customers. Great organization.
