Sunday, aprox 12:30pm leaving Costco in Murray. Waiting to turn right to State St. on a red light when I see an emergency vehicle coming down the road so I wait. Behind me your work truck (Black Dodge, red work boxes on the back) goes around me on the left and cuts in front of me turning right, I can only assume he thought I was taking too long? ZERO COMMUNICATION! I've had a compactor in for repairs for over 5 months. At first, I received a call with a description of the problem and a quote. I was told they were contacting three manufacturer for assistance- that took 2 months for an update. I've approved the work and cannot get an update. I've called 4 times in the past 6 days and was told a manager would be given my number and return my call. That was 3 business days ago. Still nothing. I will not be returning for anything anymore.
Awesome company to work with and helpful with parts also always quick to help me out. thank you!
