Went to look at a specific vehicle. Salesman was very friendly, and informative about vehicle very honest. Meeting his manager was all the opposite. There were 2 issues we wanted to address and I wanted a Carfax report which the salesman said of course we can get you that before we went to talk to manager. After being introduced out on the parking lot the manager asks about financing the vehicle and I ask finance? He then said or cash and I then tell him can we go inside and look at numbers. Although the car I got is great and reliable and no issues, other issues had arisen. Main reason I'm giving this place 1 star, which is 1 more than they deserve, is because shockingly my car I purchased from them runs well and everything... However, the reason I think this place deserves zero stars, is because of the aftermath. It started with them not giving me my plates and title. The most they did was give another set of temporary tags because they didn't have them yet. I've called and texted over and over, and they went ... read more

My experience with Hernandez Auto Connect has been nothing short of a nightmare. After purchasing a Nissan Altima 2010 last November, the problems began almost immediately. Firstly, the car had battery issues, which I had to replace at my own expense. Additionally, the A/C was malfunctioning, adding to the discomfort. Within a month of ownership, while en route to work, the transmission hose inexplicably fell apart, held together by a flimsy metal wire.
