I just moved to New Braunfels and had an emergency repair needed for my VW Tiguan. I can’t say enough about HDS. Despite being very busy they squeezed me in, they stayed in communication with me the whole time to ensure I knew what was happening and what the repairs would cost….. they go above and beyond. I feel so blessed to have found this shop and Cris the owner is awesome.
Called to ask for a quote. The lady that answered Wanted all my information. I politely said oh I just wanted a quote and was told I had to give my information. I said ok not to worry have a great day..... and she just hang up on me before I even finished speaking. Changed my review down to 1 star due to the reply yall gave on here making it seem like the call "accidently" got cut short and it didn't, she had an attitude. I was referred to Chris for my bmw and let me tell you I am so glad I was!! He is amazing! He is fast, extremely educated and most of all he is FAIR!!!!! So many shops will take you for every dollar not HDS automotive, so Chris has now earned a forever customer when I need to take my bmw or my infinity for anything even an oil change it will now be with hds automotive and I live in San Antonio so I’ll make the drive. I am so grateful to have found a repair shop with integrity. These are good people who do good work and at a reasonable rate. HDS repaired the shoddy work performed on on my car by a San Antonio Audi dealership by a supposed " certified technician". My car is running like new now. HDS is extremely competent & professional. HDS is my go-to shop for life.
