HDR is an excellent company. Its customer service is A++ and scheduling is quick and easy. The gentleman who did our installation was an expert and his advice/suggestions were very appreciated. The racks are superior quality and made a huge difference in our garage space. I hope the owner expands the company to offer other home services because their management approach and quality of work are top notch.

If I were to pick any company to work on my garage, my special space, I would use HDR. The owners are SO involved, always willing to engage and do whatever to make sure things are right. Couldn't imagine trusting anyone else to transform my garage the way HDR can.

Had a very unprofessional experience with them. They were supposed to come to my home for installation but keep pushing the appointment for couple of hours. Later offered the appointment after hours or after 3 days. They offered discount but discount cannot address the bad experience. Same day installation is a myth.I pushed my work and also ended up canceling the appointment.
