I purchased a Bosch Benchmark Refrigerator costing over15k for the unit some items where missing from the refrigerator. The Technician that Bosch sent out were less than adequate. What happened is they never pulled out refrigerator sitting it was to heavy and he left without addressing the issue. By that technician not pulling out the refrigerator it caused extensive damage with the floor and cabinets. I have been waiting for Joe czarnowski from HDI to get the insurance claim paid.
