Zero stars if I could. Incompetent closing company that will not return phone calls or emails. I've left voicemails and emails with no response. I've sold numerous properties and have never dealt with this level of terrible customer **********************. We closed on our property in August 2021. The final meter reading for PWSA was done and PWSA notified HDH that there was a credit on the account on 9/1/21 in the amount of $287.
