Craig was awesome to work with. Came out very quickly to give me a quote and got the system installed next day. He left the place spotless and would definitely recommend.
Not sure if they were having an off day, but Called twice not sure who I talked to. They were not nice on the phone, condescending, and did everything they could to not come out. Explained I wasn't in a rush and they could take their time. Basically gave me the runaround before I told him if he didn't have time for the job to just say that. Called someone else who was VERY nice and came out the same day and had my radon fan fixed in 2 days, they weren't rude and no questions asked.
I would absolutely recommend this company! HDH Radon has installed 2 Radon systems for me personally and for several of my clients over the years. He has years of experience and is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He went above and beyond and answered all my questions.
Have been calling for days trying to get a quote and set up an install so I can close on selling my home. Won’t answer phone calls, return messages, and won’t respond to the email thing I filled out that says they will get back to you by the end of the next business day. Myself, the realtor, and another contact have all called and left messages with no response to any of us. If you are booked out just say so and stop wasting my time. Rude and unprofessional.
