Totally dissatisfied in all aspects.
I have sent numerous emails to support team over an expenses period, all of which have been met with complete silence.
Visited for policy surrender. Staff behaved as if customer is a thug. Inspite of verifying the identity acting as if customer is a crook who's doing forgery isn't acceptable. If you feel doubtful ask the customer to provide their id ( which was done) but then don't keep acting cold . Very poor experience.
