My policy purchase experience was extremely bad. The policy was sold against my education loan, but the structure and actual benefit were never properly explained to me. For example, if the loan amount was ₹1 lakh per year for four years, the policy benefit was structured at roughly one-fifth of that amount over a 25-year period.
