I had been to this office. I had taken a policy from Excide Life. Their business is now taken over by HDFC life. We shifted our residence and due to that inadvertently one premium was remained to be paid. Next year when it was due, I paid two premiums with penalty for delayed payment. However, I was asked to update the KYC and hence I went to Aundh branch because Baner branch was not started at that time.
