American Water contracted with HDD Solutions to replaced aged water lines on my street. After the outside work was complete, the inside water pressure was extremely low. American Water came out and verified how low the pressure was and put me in touch with the subcontractor - HDD Solutions. I spoke to Justin Kellet who was extremely kind and courteous offering to send out a plumber to check the pressure, remove the indoor water meter (which entailed cutting a hole into the drywall and could possibly contribute to lower press... read more
