I used HDA for the entirety of the 10 years I owned my dental practice. They run a great service. I especially liked their Practice Profitability Analysis report that would send out monthly. In just a handful of minutes each month, that report allowed me to keep a close eye on the vitals of my practice to ensure everything was in check financially. Stay away and save yourself tons of money. Had an awful experience with them. I trusted them with my dental offices accounting and bookkeeping and paid their high monthly premium and high fee for tax filing. After 1 year I realized they failed to send form 2553 to IRS and they kept that information from me. After following up I found out that they faxed the form to a wrong fax number!!!
