Had a new tire put on 9/3 for an upcoming trip to the smokey Mt. 9/10 sitting with a flat in Virginia. Had to get towed. Turns out the tube was put in wrong the wheel was slightly crooked and the bolt in my pipes was stripped out. All that for an outrageous price of $513. The tire is fine they simply screwed up the tube. Gotta love Harley Davidson. NOT. I will take all of my business to Carlton moving forward they are farther away but are not a part of this group. Who bought multiple dealerships.
I called your parts department today as soon as you opened and talked to Ann one of your great parts staff team members. I told Ann I was looking for new grips for my 2016 Street Glide Special. Ann had them in stock the grips I was looking for. I told Ann that I would call the service department and see if they could get me in to install the new grips they replied bring your bike in we will get it done.
