If I can give my experience less than a 1 star I would. I booked on stylesseat with an employee there by the name of Stylesbykayonllc. She basically cancelled my appointment , said that she didn’t realize there was an appointment booked until after she left the building and she never refunded me my deposit. I was not that pleased with my cut, i feel a lack of attention and skill for what i actually wanted versus what i got. But the haircut was alright. And decent customer service.
Went to get layers and they didn’t do it right, honestly they were unprofessional and felt they did less effort on my hair just cut it short. I made it very clear to the stylist but she didn’t do it right.
